Meet the Underwriting Team
Our underwriting team is led by Kishan Jesani, Underwriting Manager, and consists of four experienced underwriters with a broad background spanning private banking, high‑street retail banks, and fintech lenders. This depth of experience allows us to take a balanced, commercial view of cases—particularly where the circumstances are more complex or fall outside standard lending norms.
We pride ourselves on not being a tick‑box lender. Every application is assessed on its individual merits, with careful consideration given to the full borrower story. Where scenarios are unusual or complex, we work closely with brokers to build a strong, well‑evidenced narrative that supports the application and helps us reach the right outcome.
